How we developed our strategic plan
We developed our strategic plan following consultation with members of our community and our staff.
It outlines our vision: 'To be a trusted, resourceful and dependable provider of quality far-reaching healthcare.'
We'll focus on the following priorities to achieve our vision.
- PEOPLE: Empowering and investing in a skilled workforce that is valued and supported, and engaging with our rural communities to develop collaborative partnerships.
- SERVICES: Delivering comprehensive and integrated healthcare services, ensuring accessible, equitable and high quality care which encourages optimal health outcomes.
- SYSTEMS: Promoting continuous improvement in delivering safe, high-quality, consumer-focused healthcare services, through effective sustainable support systems.
The plan describes our objectives, strategies and key performance indicators. It helps patients and carers, staff, our community, partners and all other stakeholders understand our future direction.
