Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce and Community Health Plan has been co-designed with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We worked together to define priority health equity needs and how we'll achieve them.
Some priorities include increasing access to health care services and eliminating racism when you go to a hospital or health service.
