Using the Health Provider Portal
You need to have a QGov login account to use the Health Provider Portal (HHP). You’ll also need to have registered and have active professional practice details.

Login to the Health Provider Portal
Before you can login to the HHP, you need to complete an online registration.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to login to the HPP.
Health information services
You can also access patient information from the hospital’s health information services department.
Your patient will need to give you permission. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
